I want to start off by saying I have never written a bad review in my life but this place deserves it like no other. If I could give 0 stars I would. I brought my 14 year old cat in because she has been vomiting every day and sometimes several times a day. Because of her age and the fact that she is suffering, I came in expecting her to have to be put down. The Dr. wanted to charge me $600 worth of blood work and testing which I refused. They made me feel like I was being cruel by wanting to put her down when I am the one who has had to watch her suffer. They asked if they could do a smaller blood workup, which I agreed to. Never got a call back with results until I called them 3 times and was told it was marked "urgent". I was told that the Dr. that saw my cat was not in and wouldn't be able to call me the next day either because she would be in surgery. It is disgusting that they couldn't take two minutes to call with results for an animal that is continuing to suffer. When I finally did get a call, they wanted to do almost $400 of x-rays. In addition I told them to update my contact information several times and it was never changed. Now I am looking for another vet and am so disappointed with this experience. They prolonged the suffering for my pet and made me feel like I was being cruel to her. Shame on this place! If you love your animal do not bring it here.
