STAY AWAY!! RIPOFF!!:
BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!
Horrible experience. I brought my car in for brake/suspension diagnosis for a clunking noise in my right front brake. I was charged $100 -200 over other shops -- $760 for front brakes and rear struts , the warranty for parts was the bare minimum, other shops offer much better. The most frustrating was the poor service and lack of communication, AND I had to bring the car back as the repair was not done correctly (the new front brakes kept squeaking.) I brought it in, he apparently took it for a test drive, and to my surprise he began working on my car without my permission and never told me what he was doing. When I discovered this I walked back to my car that already back on on the rack with all four wheels off, and asked what he thought the problem was. He became angry as he threw my rear brake drum on the ground breaking a piece off, and told me I needed more repairs for an additional $240 on the rear brakes! I asked: why he was throwing my brake drum on the floor: his response - "Yeah I just broke it.", why he had taken my car apart without my permission and how this could be as I was just in a week before his response - "Things happen." I also asked him about the squeaking brakes he said that he did not hear anything, so I responded "Then why are you taking all the wheels off" his response - "The squeak is coming from the rear brakes, my ears are better than yours." He explained by stating with a smile on his face: I told him he made no sense at all and asked him to put my wheels back on. He then told me it would be $60 just to put my car back together. I told him I would not pay him anything he had NO PERMISSION TO TAKE MY CAR APART. I spoke with the secretary in the front office, she spoke with him, then came to me and said I would not be charged anything. The mechanic came into the office a minute later and said that he told me that it would be $30 to put my car back together. At this time I was finished with any more of their SHODDY REPAIRS AND BUSINESS PRACTICES.
THESE PEOPLE ARE LYERS AND CHEATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
2 visits + $740 = I took my car and left, and MY BRAKES STILL SQUEAK.
