TERRIBLE PLACE! I am a current tenant and will soon be moving out next month thankfully. What makes this place a bad place to live is not the on-site employees it's the greed of the company that owns Venice Cove apartments. They actually contracted a towing company to come out and tow people's cars! They even towed away the assistant manager, and both maintenance workers cars. Last week before Christmas they towed at least 30 cars. DO NOT MOVE HERE. The company that owns Venice Cove is very money hungry and they will allow bad things to happen to their tenants and employees to make extra money and when you try to call or email there is no one to hear your complaint. All of us tenants are thinking about rallying together to sue them for reimbursements on having our vehicles towed from the place we live. Moving here was the biggest mistake I ever made. There's a pool, but we're never allowed to use it it's always locked and the head manager April is never on-site the assistant manager Anastasia tries to help, but the company she works for doesn't even care about her so you know they don't care about their tenants, STAY FAR AWAY FROM VENICE COVE! YOU"LL REGRET IT!~Current tenant, moving out.
