Verizon Wireless

Terrible place to go and the worse customer service possible. I was there Sunday and I got 2 phones, an Apple iPhone 4 and a Samsung Gusto 2. The Gusto 2 phone is defective and after calling Verizon I was told that for 14 days I could get another phone they said it would be easier to go to the store. The phone I bought has to be ordered so it could be a week and the store won't give refund or exchange for another brand or type of phone so I have to continue to use a defective phone, this after being with Verizon before they even became Verizon (was Houston Cellular). They can sell Verizon phones but they don't have to back them. The store is always empty for a reason, because they do bad business!!!! and don't try to get hold of the manager, he's never there and they won't give out his phone number...
