Verrazano exterminators were the company that services a building, I visited. I became very sick, from the pesticide exposure. I had to rest in bed for 24 hrs, before I could get up. When I called them, in order to enquire, what pesticides were used, when they spray, and where, they were very hostile, verbally abusive. I wrote them a letter, requesting the information, and again called. They cursed me out again, and hung up phone on me. In the letter, I pointed out, that there are non-toxic gels, pastes and bait, that can be applied in lieu of the toxic pesticides. They expressed no interest, in use of non-toxic gels or safer products which are just as effective. I inferred from this, they have no interest, in the health and well-being of their clients. The fact that they are so angry and defensive, regarding what they are applying, implies they have something to hide. The employees there are rude, vulgar, uneducated, uninformed and impossible to work with.
