"The garlic chicken is heaven" at this "high-energy" Cuban chain beloved by many for its "soul-satisfying" fare that "tastes like abuela's in the kitchen"; service is "welcoming" despite the "barren", "cafeteria-style" setting, and prices are a downright "bargain", so it "hits the spot" every time; P.S.
