I am the Director Of The Virginia Tea Society and was recently treated to a fabulous afternoon birthday tea at The Victorian Station Tea Room. The tea and menu were selected especially for me (I felt like a Queen!)We were all dressed in our best tea attire and our proper tea hats and gloves, all which added to the unique tea experience.The elegant atmosphere was breathtaking, the service superb and the food was to die for!The owner and staff had done everything possible to make my day one that I will never forget.Many of the Virginia Tea Society members were in attendance. The afternoon experience truly reflected the true mission statement of the Virginia Tea Society, 'To share the love of tea, to foster friendships and to always relax and have fun .One more thing, do take of the extraordinary gift shop on the first floor.
