Outstanding martial arts school:
Victory School of Martial Arts LLC has strict policies and procedures in place to protect all students and instructors from dishonor, disrespect, and breach of boundaries. Discipline is traditional and offered to shape students and families. Students and families who are washed out have evidenced a pattern of a sense of entitlement and intentional and unintentional attempts to hurt the family environment.

Not a good place:
My two sons and I trained at Victory School of Martial Arts for around 7 years. I saw a lot in those seven years. I’ve seen 7 Black Belts “Dismissed” and most stripped of all rank. For no apparent reason other than they disagreed with Jason Victory, or did not kowtow to his ridiculous demands. How can someone who has trained in the Martial Arts for years be stripped of all rank? You can’t take a law degree from a lawyer, or medical degree from a doctor just because they didn’t agree with you. They worked hard and earned that rank, their knowledge is their own. I have seen several other lower ranked students dismissed for similar reasons.
I know for a fact that he had personal relationships with two of his female students, whose children were also enrolled in classes. After the relationships ended all of them were dismissed, the children were punished for no reason at all, other than the relationship was over.

I also know he had a personal relationship with at least one of the female parents of his students. They have since left the dojo. He made inappropriate comments to another mother, who shortly after that, removed her child.
I was having a very personal situation with a family member. I had confided in Jason Victory about this. I found out that he had sent that family member a friend request on Facebook. When I asked him about it the next day, he said he did not know that was my family member??? How could he not know? I just felt that Jason could not be trusted with sensitive information. After 7 years, we never returned to the Dojo again.
I do not believe that Jason Victory has the moral compass to be teaching children, or anywhere near female students, or the female parents of his students.
