Refund scams, poor customer service:
After waiting for an item I had already paid for I called to check on the status. Nobody had a clue about the order, but I had to go in to get my credit card refunded. Crazy part is the item I ordered had a floor model and empty boxes on the shelf as if it was actually in stock. Then when I went in they made an imprint of my credit card and gave me a receipt which shows my "credit card refun" but then hand wrote "allow 15 days to process". What? I never had the product but they had my money for 3 weeks already, and then they wanted 15 days more to hold on to my money. Not only that, they illegally had all of my digits and my expiration date on the receipt (yes, the one they were not going to process for 15 days).
If you are considering Video Only, don't. If it's not in stock do NOT give them their money. Also read their refund policy carefully - if you even open the box at best you get store credit. Seriously, read the policy before giving them a penny - and hope your item works flawlessly or you'll have a nightmare on your hands.
