I had manage Vinh Kee for 12 years already. It start from 50 seats to 190 seats . It a pleasure for me to see it change. Thanks to all our crews. Mr. Chan is our head chef . He is from Hong Kong. Mr chan work really hard and very long hours. He put in a lot of new dishes and keep the food in excellent condiction. I bet you can't fine any head chef around this area who work like Mr. Chan....
