More skanky than swanky, this wine bar has a staff that knows next to nothing about the liquid they proffer, so don't bother asking for help with their extensive list, which is actually not bad. The pretentious crowd of striped-shirt wearing dudes and highbrow chicks eating sub-mediocre plates of goat cheese with toast points, however, are. Vintage sorta makes up for it with the sidewalk...
