Avoid:
Terrible company. Never knew why my D-Link order was outsourced to them but the quality of the product they sold was SUBSTANDARD, the shipping times ABHORRENT, the customer service ATROCIOUS, and the time it is now taking to receive my refund is UNFORGIVEABLE. I had to actually file a credit card dispute with my bank and notify Virtual Graffiti for them to even begin to take action. I sent numerous follow-ups to Harold inquiring on the status of my order, which went completely unanswered until my threat. Now, even though they got my money in a timely fashion, I am required to wait 5-15 days to receive my refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!
