Hindsight is 20/20:
On Dec 7, 2010, Al Vistaunet, owner of Vista Flood Restoration, Inc., filed 11 illegal mechanic liens against homeowners in San Diego. The liens were filed maliciously, 1 to 2 years after the completion of Vistaunet's work. I was one of the lucky 11, which Vistaunet used for unjust enrichment.
It's extremely important to advise consumers that although mold and water damage is bad, dealing with Vista Flood is toxic.

Beware of bogus bills:
The workers were great, but had to bug the owner Al for an invoice, got one 5 mos. after the work was completed! Upon closer review, found lots of work billed that was not done. I'm apparently NOT THE ONLY ONE - See Terry's review. Find someone whose bills are prompt and can be trusted to be accurate.
