Your post sounds identical to my situation. They sent me a go-kart with no radiator, that was OCT.3-07.Identical story though with parts. Glad I bought with a credit card. They don't get paid until I get my parts. Buyers beware of these characters.

This place is shady, I sent a motor there for repair, let alone they did not send me back my motor for my bike they sent me back a motor for another bike and it not even a motor that would fit my bike. The have not called me back or returned my calls. I have called and spoke with Mike(Parts Manager)and Aubi, I also spoke with someone that told me we dont deal with the public... so yea Now I have had to open a complaint with the BBB and have to wait to see what can be done... If you want to waist $1300 dollars then deal with them...I would not suggest it at all, this has been going on since may 2007 now it's September 4 months now.... and I know all there names cause no one will call me back after all the messages I have left.
