Useless Dealer, Not good service:
Went in to look at a 2011 VW Jetta with 15,000 miles advertised online. They couldn't find it due to one of their sales reps putting it up online the wrong way. After waiting about 30 minutes they found it, saying that it could not be test driven until it was through their inspection process (which takes about 30 mins they said). So, I told them I was going to get dinner, then I'd be back to test drive the car. When I returned, they were already in the process of selling it to another buyer.
This dealership has been nothing but a waste of time and a hassle.
Not to mention the salesman (Phillip Greene) I was talking to basically seemed like this was his first time showing and selling a car. It seemed as though he had no idea what he was doing. I have bought 5 cars in my lifetime, and this was my worst experience so far.
