“Unforgettable” sandwiches and “addictive” chocolate chip cookies and brownies prove to be “great for kids and families”, and priced right too, at this “funky”, cash-only North End shop with tin ceilings and chocolate-colored walls; “the woman who runs it” has her fair share of fans too – apparently, she’s the “nicest.”
This little shop is a textbook example of doing one thing and doing it exactly right. The menu -- written on the chalkboard-painted back wall -- focuses on pressed gourmet sandwiches grilled to crispy perfection.
