Tips

Fun Fact:
Bride and grooms-to-be can order a doughnut display for their wedding or skip the big shebang and get married on site in the shop. And yes, these ceremonies are legal.

Know Before You Go:
This is a grab-and-go establishment--if you want to eat your doughnuts in a cozy cafe, head elsewhere. Or prepare to elbow your way up to the tiny outdoor bar (i.e. a narrow plank of wood) attached to the right of the shop’s front door.

Stop the car honey!:
I stopped in and grabbed a maple bar with bacon and an ice cold milk, Most of the time I'm not the only one with the same idea. Standing in line of 10 or more is worth the wait for a fresh doughnut on the go!

Information from the business

This business venture of Kenneth Pogson and Tres Shannon is one of a kind. Voodoo Doughnut is a donut market, serving the sweet rings under weird names like Dirt, Butter Fingering, Cock-n-Balls and… No Name. Yes, that too is the name of one of the donuts! The menu undergoes changes quite often. Live music on week nights promotes young talent. If you want to introduce your guests to these treats...
