Worst Pedicure Ever!:
I used to go to Vys several years ago and recently moved back into the area and was excited to re-visit and get a pedicure. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed. The man that was assigned to me badly cut my pinky toe (although, it wasn't bleeding, so it was okay?!), talked on the phone (while giving me a pedicure), the polish job was terrible (it is obvious in the places close to my cuticle that there is only one coat of paint) and my legs were hardly massaged (that's one of the best parts!). Worst $45 "spa" pedicure that I have ever received. I will not be returning and I strongly recommend that you look else where.

Not the best:
I have gone to Vy's Nail Spa 3 or 4 times, for eyebrow waxing, a manicure and pedicure, and most recently, to get a gel overlay. All experiences I have had have not been the greatest, but this last time was the icing on the cake. The woman who did my eyebrow waxing (I assume she is the owner) did a terrible job all 3 times I have gone. When I went in to get the gel overlay, I desperately needed to have my cuticles cut down, which has been standard practice any other time I have gotten a full set or overlay. They did not cut my cuticle, and the polish job on the french manicure was done horribly, but due to time constraints, I could not stay to have it fixed immediately. I went back a couple days later (my next day off) and mentioned the cuticles, and I was told that in order for them to cut the cuticle, they had to charge me for the $20 manicure. At this point I was so irritated, I just wanted to get it fixed and get out of there, so I agreed. The man who did my manicure went from the pedicure before me, to me (might I add that he cut me in 2 spots, resulting in me bleeding) to another manicure/pedicure after me without changing his gloves once. I also noticed, once I was finished soaking that the bowl which i was soaking my fingers in was very dirty. Once my cuticles were cut down, the other manicurist fixed my polish, but left my nails looking like I had 2 weeks worth of growth b/c of the missing cuticle. I am very disappointed in the service provided at Vy's Nail Spa.
