Walker Travel has been used by my family & friends for many years. We have had wonderful vacations. Recently a family member and myself took a trip at the end of May. We ran into some issues while on our trip. Shuttle to our hotel was not available, room was booked with 1 double bed and suppose to have been 2, car rental was booked incorrectly, which cost additional to correct. Also I misplaced some tour vouchers and after several calls to Walker Travel to get some assistance and received no replies found a number where the tours were booked and the wonderful person on the other end helped me in just a few minutes. Walker Travel never returned my call.

After returning I sent a letter to Walker Travel making them aware of our troubles and my concerns with their lack of customer service, however, it has been 3 weeks and I have received no reply. My husband and I plan to take a trip to Italy next year. We won't be booking with Walker Travel. I would hate to be so far away and know that I don't have the service from Walker Travel if something should go wrong.
