Waterfront is an Affordable 55+ Community located in Bordentown, NJ. We have 70 large one-bedroom apartments with energy-efficient appliances and central air, community room, laundry facilities & trash/recycle rooms on every floor, gym and walking path. Waterfront is available to seniors earning up to the 60% area median income and we have 5 units specifically designated for homeless Veterans with earnings in the 20% area median income.
