I called them asking if they help somebody who has emotional issues and they stated that this program is not for such people. After telling them that I have a long history of losing jobs because of emotional disturbances, they told me that they can not help me. They have a hospitality program which they say that I am not eligible for because of these issues, I have over ten years of experience in retail and sales and wanted to take advantage of their program, but again, they do not assist people with a handicap.

This is, in my experience an outstanding agency that is willing to help those that want to help themselves. It is not a free ride. You have to be willing to make an effort. It's not perfect but nothing really is. The staff is helpful, kind & understanding. They don't put up with much c@!p, so if you think you can get away with whatever, you won't. You will be called out on your behavior and attitude. Be ready and willing to do what you need to do. My advice, at least listen, they kinda do know what they are talking about and what they are doing.
