"Luscious mussels" prepared "more ways than you can imagine" plus "Belgian beers galore" draw a "young, vibrant crowd" to this midpriced Garden City bistro, a "casual" "dungeon"-like hive with a "fun" bar scene; although the "insane" noise level can "make it impossible to talk", fans don't mind focusing their attentions (and mouths) solely on the "delicious" meal.
