unreasonable:
The repair man showed up at 5:20 minutes late after telling me to be home between 2 and 5:00 pm. After, I swear, like 30 seconds he told me it would be $220 plus tax to fix our oven. I did not want to fix it and he said the service charge was $62! For 30 seconds??? I asked if that could be applied towards the $220 should we deceide to fix it. Of course not. [My husband was not advised of this service charge when he call them this moring.] So, I had him go ahead and fix it. I glanced at the clock. It took him less than 20 minutes to fix, he put in one small part (ignitor). The total was $240.41. I deliver primary care in Nashville. Someone could come to me, and I would spend more time with them and charge less than half this!!!
