Got the job done but charges way too much:
I was charged $500 to replace a capacitor and fan motor on a 3 year old unit. The technician was literally there for 40 mins (this included him taking a break to make a phone call) and the parts were still under warranty. The technician was also rude to me. He later apologized but the damage was done. I would not recommend this contractor.

Worst hotheaded contractor EVER!!!:
I wish I could give this person 1/2 a star!!! I do not usually fill out complaints but this is the worst contractor I have ever dealt with. My husband accidentally flipped the emergency off switch and turned the until off. He charged us $150 for turning the until back on. We certainly expected to pay for the call but not $150. We called and asked nicely if they would consider lowering our bill because it took 3-5 minutes. Also, it is under warranty. I have NEVER had a contractor or a person treat me like that in my life!!!!!! I was very kind when I called and just wanted to see if I could get it lowered considering they did little work besides finding the problem. The owner SCREAMED at me and threatened me with attorneys for absolutely no reason. I could not believe it. It was the most unprofessional person that I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Instead of just saying that he could not and he was sorry he treated horrible! Please consider using someone else. It was so unnecessary that I am still in shock. I wish I had this conversation recorded so I could share it with everyone. It was shocking.
