I purchased a 1200.00 human hair piece, which I needed to pay in 2 payments of about 600.00,about 2 weeks apart. Well, I picked up the piece and realized it wasn't the one I had put on hold. I met up with the owner Shirley,and Medina sales tech. who swore I bought different wig and could not produce my wig. Shirley (owner) yelled at me and shoved my arm off counter. So I left and will have to try and retrieve my loss through small claims court.
