january 31,2009 @ 18:03-drive thru order-request to add an order of fries to my order @ window-instructed"we can't add to orders @window"-something i have never been told @ wendys or any other fast food restaurant. i offered to place second order.employee called manager -She changed my order without speaking to me -added fries to my original order.when i questioned employee"do you really not add to orders @ the window?"employee stated "we aren't supposed too."-never heard this before either-when driving away with my order my child found that my order of fries had been placed in bag upside down!! my child stated "they did this on purpose"They also served coke float in a regular cup without plastic dome lid-very messy-oozing out of th top of the lid-had to ask for extra napkins.

Wendys Old Fashioned Hamburgers @ 2895 Poplar Avenue,Memphis,TN 38111-2023 is obviously unaware of this logo/commitment to customer service.This is my first bad experience at a Wendys restaurant-BUYERS BEWARE!!! of this location
