Worst ever!:
If you have any respect for your car, DO NOT GO HERE.
First time I went there and got a tire replaced, they scratched my car and denied it. After that I never wanted to go there again!
However, shortly after, I had really nice Kumho tires on my car (NOT from West End) but the front ones were getting a somewhat bald. So my father, as a gift to me, decided to get me two brand new Kumho tires for the front of my car. Unfortunately when he called around, West End was the only place that had the tires that matched the back tires available for order at the time. He ordered them and a short time later West End called and said they were there to be picked up.
I went alone (mind you, Im a fairly young female and look even younger than I am) to get them put on and after waiting for hours, they brought my car out with 2 COMPLETELY different tires than my dad had ordered for me. I made a fuss in the waiting area infront of everyone and they tried to patronize me by saying they were better tires and that no one made those Kumho tires I ordered anymore.
ONE, they were NOT better tires.
TWO, if no one made them (which I later found out to be a lie) why would they supposedly order them for me in the first place?
My dad later told me they probably never even ordered them and assumed I would not notice they were different tires. The last part HAS to be true because they did not even tell me they did not have the tires we ordered to begin with. They just put the tires on there and tried to give me my car back without saying anything.
