I was just made aware of this website and I am sorry that Ben feels that way about myself and West Coast. I can say however that I treat everyone with respect and professionalism. I would rather speak directly with with to resolve this issue, however it appears as though that is not the case. Also, to clear the air, the other comment was not made by me. Well that persons name was Brett it was not me. In fact, i actually know who it was, and it was not myself.

Disregard Brett's review as he is the manager of the store and is also the Owner's son. The customer service for this place is horrible at best, especially from Brett. He is unwilling to help a customer that already purchased from the store. He will be friendly, if you are buying something, but after the sale is made, good luck. A few of the employees there are fabulous but as far a management is concerned, I would say steer clear from this place.

I recently purchased a bike from West Coast Motorsports. The staff was knowledgable and very friendly. I highly recommend West Coast Motorsports to my friends and family as well as others. I am writing this review because i recently had a problem with the bike, they were able to resolve the issue and get me out riding again. Certainly a great shop. Thanks to the guys at West Coast!!
