The company is employee owned. Western processes over 100,000 tons of cardboard, paper, plastics, aluminum cans, ferrous scrap metal, and nonferrous scrap metal each year. In 1986, through our affiliate, Western Records Destruction Inc., we expanded our services to include onsite and offsite document shredding.

Incorporated in 1976, Western Recycling has grown from one location with approximately 6,500 square feet of warehouse/production space to six locations with 74,000 square feet of warehouse/production space.
