I am writing this review regarding my experience with one of the Caucasian clerk, Dave. It happened in the morning (8:25) of October 28, 2010. Dave told me that I have to wait until 11:30 for them to have my car service for oil change.

I diligently waited for my service to be done. Around 11: 10, I noticed that my car has not been serviced. I asked Dave what happened to the promised he told me that he will have my car fixed before 11:30. He unprofessionally responded that he is waiting for another appointment before they could service my car. When he gave me an arrogant and unprofessional answer, I just walked away and told him that their service sucks!

During my stay there, I noticed that Dave turned away 3 customers. An African American couple was asking Dave about new tires but Dave answered them unprofessionally thus the African American couple walked away. After that incident, a male customer, African American walked in in the premise and asked Dave several questions such as break and tune up repairs, Dave was unprofessional to accomodate the customer's questions thus the second customer walked away too. A latino male walked in again and ask Dave the price for a new tires, Dave responded arrogantly and the customer walked away again. I could imagine how much revenue for Wheel Works was missed for that span of time with an arrogant clerk named Dave.

I have been a customer for this establishment for 8 years, I never saw and experience this kind of customer relationship. I do not know if the previous customers I mentioned were DISCRIMINATED. I for sure will not have my 4 cars service in that place again.

To make the matter worst, I called wheel works customer realtions and HR telephone number (1-800-969-9966 #2) and relayed my diisgusting experience with the service at Wheel works Vallejo. The day was over and none from the corporate office called me. I told myself that never I will go and have my 4 vehicles service in that location.

I will tell my friends and relatives my unexpected customer experience with DAVE.
