My wife has an engagement ring setting we bought from them less than a year ago and we have had to go back THREE times to have them repair it. Thier answer to the problem is they will repair it . I buy into that the first time- MAYBE the second time BUT if a piece needs three repairs in a years time- there is clearly something inferior in the product they created/sold. An engaement ring is suppose to last a lifetime- perhaps generations. If they are not in business 10-20 years from now- there will be no way for us to keep getting this ring repaired. The owner REFUSED to either refund our money or even to allow her to pick another type of setting of the same value. These are FACTS. Small claims court here we come.
