Description
Fitness and health are the primary goals of this yoga studio using the Ashtanga yoga method. In 2008, Connie Pappas started at its former location in Dunedin. Recently, it celebrated the grand opening at this new location. There are shower facilities, and mat and towel rental. The entrance is in the rear, just off the parking lot.
