Rent is raised by $100 every year, people moving out in the droves, as noisy, inconsiderate, ghetoo neighbors are moving in.:
Having lived here as a senior, it's a convenient location due to the shopping plaza being right across the street. Also, the walmart's nearby, along with local eateries which deliver right to your front door.
But, as far as whitehall's so-called "luxury" apartment living, it is far from luxury. I am surpised they have a 5 star rating by apartmentguide.com. The paint is mediocre, and there are times maintenance will not fill your maintenance requests. I would have to say the office area is well manicured for the most part mostly because it's the main area they tour the future residents around. So although the rest of the area is not in bad shape, it should look just like the main office area, especially if the rent goes up every year by $100. I happened to be moving out around the time that the new apartment manager, Harry Lewis was hired. This was when the staff decided to raise the yearly rent by $100. Since they only have 1-year leases, expect that your rent will increase every year by $100. The best tenants are moving out by the droves. Not only because of the yearly rental increase, but also due to the type of people that are moving in. They are noisy, inconsiderate, nosy.
If you're going to advertise luxury apartment living, make sure it's accurate. It makes no sense to charge so much rent if you don't even offer apartments with washer/dryers in each unit.
