Rude Owner:
The owner Katharine is ver rude and unfriendly.
She puts on an act in the beginning, just to get your money. She doesn't know the styles or colors her own wigs come in, and wouldnt even look in her catalogs to check.
Once she has your money she is even less helpful. She wont adjust your wig, and doesn't care if it hurts your ears, or fits correctly.
She is always the only one working too. So if there are multiple people in the shop, she'll ignore you if she thinks you are less likely of buying a wig then then next person.
Oh, and to top it all off, she doesn't post her business hours, and arrives late to her own store. She had 3 people waiting for 45 minutes for her store to open. She's just plain rude.
