Willard Branch East Shopping Center

The second newest branch in the library system opened in 1992 after the northwest Greene County community pledged its support of a local branch. The storefront branch, in the East Shopping Center just a few blocks north of Highway 160 on Jackson Street (Z Highway), is conveniently located across the street from the Willard High School.
