Nightmare:
I have been living here with my Father and my Son. my Dad is 80 and I am his caregiver . My son is a minor under 18. They are NOT renewing our lease because of 3 people in a one bedroom apartment. I sleep on a pull out sofa. My dad is physically and mentally not well. He has been so sick over this he was in the hospital. They "offered" an application to us for a 2 bedroom which of course they turned us down. ( they never intended to in the first place. They just wanted to look good) saying we couldn't afford anything here. Um what?? Also never gave us a price range for a 2 bedroom. We can absolutely afford that. I am in training for a new job now after not being able to work because of having Covid. They didnt wanna hear it. They wanted a paycheck NOW. Um sorry for being in training. Thats what jobs consist of!!! They also wanted proof of my Child Support Payments. WHAT!! They just pick and choose who they want. Its all about $$$. They dont give a c@!p about tenants! We have been great tenants for a long time and are getting kicked out. YET the amount of people here who are doing the most unlawful things get to stay. Explain that. Ive asked multiple times to speak with the owner. NOPE!!! Ive asked multiple times for a Lease copy..NOPE! He wont show his face. The office staff is another thing. Beyond Disrespectful. The property manager Jen told me before too move my Family into a shelter. Ok. Why dont you move into a shelter. Absolutely disgusting.. But thats ok. I will be taking them to court for discrimination and also mental and physical distress. So help me God if something happens to my Dad over the stress that have caused because this place will be called Kelles Renters BEWARE!!!

Do not rent here!:
Go elsewhere...anywhere other than William Penn Realty Group!!!! The communication and customer service here is awful. You can expect to get the run around if you do finally get in touch with the landlady, Grizelda. It's quite comical how the she can cash the rent check as quick as she gets it, but can't return multiple phone calls or emails in regards to the numerous problems we've had living in this house. I will NEVER do business with William Penn Realty Group again!!! PS: If you do happen to move into a house off Chester Pike in Norwood, PA expect to pay the next door psychic business's water bill for the duration of your stay.

P.O.S.:
I'm sure you can intuit my meaning by the above three letters, let me further clarify.

Been renting from these people too long now, but I'll be moving in the

Spring. I can only recommend not spending your money with them. It's

a full-time job in itself to keep calling them about repairs they never

fully complete. They always need a part and make some excuse to leave

the job uncompleted. At the moment, I need a new bathroom wall, as the

tile is falling off. My bathroom ceiling leaks but not often enough

for them to repair it. This resulted in the metal framing for the drop

ceiling to rust and eventually collapsed, luckily no one was hurt or

I'd be in jail now.

They came out reluctantly, tore it down at my insistence, and left to

never return to fix the problem. Now I have trashbags covering the

hole in the bathroom wall, and did the same for the ceiling. The

bathroom wall has been that way for 2 years. The ceiling for 1 yr. My

kitchen now has a floor tiles that are peeling up, the garbage disposal

doesn't work and the kitchen sink leaks both from the faucet and

underneath the sink.

I called the manager GRIZELDA, I'm guessing it's not her real name as

people this deceitful rarely use their real name, and she had the balls

to ask why I'm still living there. I called the township, Ridley Park,

had the inspectors come out, so they know the extent of the problem,

but was told they'll get to me eventually, as there are extensive

repairs being made to other units. I've informed my township over the

years of the problem, but only got the run-around from them, so there's

our tax dollars at work for ya. I wouldn't recommend living in a

rental in Ridley Park due to the lack of code enforcement, ya never

know what you'll get here for your money. These people only respect a

lawsuit, so that might be my next step, otherwise I'll break lease.

Here's some links you might want to take a look at prior to renting

from these slumlords.

There are 12 pics of my bathroom with a collapsing ceiling. They would

only remove the rusted metal hanging over me head at my insistence.

They however never returned to finish doing the repairs.

These 3 are video clips of my unit in a state of disrepair

bare minimum:
just a heads up- this company is about the bare minimum. I rented from them for two years and I would not say they are company with integrity and their customer service deplorable and embarrassingly bad. The owner, Mark, is very difficult to talk to on the phone and has always been a bit of a bully to me. Apparently asking for my door handles to be screwed into the door was asking too much.

There is a reasonable human being there - Ann Marie - but don't be fooled because you won't always get her. Frankly, I would never choose to rent from them and I would only wish this company on my enemies.

If you are thinking about it, I promise there are better companies out there. Try Robin Apartment. They get wonderful ratings from their clients and rent VERY reasonably priced apartments
