I have been going to Wilshire dental care for a few years now and the service is sometimes slow, but the people are nice and it's better then most.

I appreciate what the dentists at Wilshire Dental Care did for me. I had lost 9 of my teeth in a car accident, and I was so self-conscious I would barely step out of my house. Dr. Afar changed that for me. With dental implants and bridges, noe I have a full set of amazing teeth, I smile all the time and I feel great.

Dr. Afar earned his DDS and Master of Science in Oral Biology from UCLA School of Dentistry and received the California State Fellowship, Hortense Fishbaugh's Fellowship and a coveted NIH Dentist-Scientist Fellowship that enabled him to continue his studies in the fields for periodontology and oral implantology. He obtained his specialty degree from the University of Washington in Seattle.
