Potential renters beware!!!:
The office staff and maintenance crew are great, but that office manager is the absolute worst!! I understand this is a business and she is not there to make friends, however, an occasional pleasant word to the tenants would not kill the young lady.
Additionally, the issues with my apartment were NEVER fixed because the parts were always on back order. Every time there was a notice for someone to come to the apartment, even on holidays for whatever made up reason, they NEVER showed up.
Constantly harassing the residents is no way to ensure a lease renewal no matter how "upscale," and I use that term loosely, the apartments and community is supposed to be. My car window was busted and when the police came to view the cameras, because my car was right under the surveillance camera, he was told that my car was in a blind spot. Really, and it was sitting right under the camera?!! C'mon, son!!
Bottom line, the cameras never worked and the gates were broken more often than not. The so-called on-sight security is a joke. My advice: go by there at night and see what really goes on. You can take a walk right around the complex to see for yourself what happens in the dark.
The design of the apartments is weird but spacious. I have never seen a closet in the bathroom. No more to tell just schedule a visit and you decide. I'm just passing along information.

Watch out!! - absolutely the worst!!!:
Horrible management!!!......I was so glad when my lease ended!!!.....In one year, it was obvious that if you were SECTION 8, you could "hang around" all day and night, take a dip in the pool, have loud music, stomp on floors, smoke weed or urinate in the common areas at all times of the day and night, WHILE, hard working taxpayers, who worked for a living, was harrassed and would receive NO help from the office......In fact, if you complain too much about the GUNSHOTS, DRUG DEALERS, excessive noise by the lazy, non-working SECTION 8 TRASH, who always crammed as many people as they could in their apartment, and of course had more people than allowed by the govt, and yet, drove BMW SUV's, ACURA's and walked their expensive pedigree dogs around the property, while getting subsidized rent, food stamps, etc, - THE HORRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT STAFF WILL NOT RENEW "YOUR" LEASE!!!!
AMAZING!! - IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE GUNSHOTS, NOISE, DRUG DEALERS, GANGS OF TEENS DRINKING BEER AND SMOKING WEED, OR WATCHING PEOPLE URINATE IN THE HALLWAY WHEN YOU TRY TO OPEN YOUR DOOR AFTER COMING HOME FROM WORK, THEY WOULD HAVE THE NERVE TO TELL YOU THAT "MAYBE, YOU WILL FEEL COMFORTABLE SOMEWHERE ELSE"!!....ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!???.....
IN OTHER WORDS, ALL MANAGEMENT CARED ABOUT WAS THE GUARANTEED SECTION 8 TAXPAYER MONEY AND COULD CARE LESS ABOUT ANYBODY ELSE!!....And "YES", I personally had to call the police three times in the year I was there for GUNSHOTS being fired outside my building or in the hallway!!............And the summertime was the worst!!....Gangs of hoodlums wake you up at 6:00 a.m. on the weekends running around,making noise, jumping on cars, etc, because "mommy" was out all night Saturday "partying" and wanted to sleep! - So they let their kids roam around outside "unsupervised"...They would even walk up to your window and look inside your apartment or hit the windows with footballs, rocks, etc............My car was scratched numerous times on purpose....Unknown cars, with gangs of teens, would backup to parking spaces, play their loud music and smoke weed or drink beer! - THEY WOULD USE WILSONDALE AS A HANGOUT AND NONE OF THEM EVEN LIVED THERE!!.
*** WARNING!! - WHEN YOU MOVE OUT - BEWARE!! - MANAGEMENT WILL "SCAM" YOU ON YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT!!.....EVEN IF YOUR PLACE IS "SPOTLESS" DURING THE WALKTHROUGH, THEY WILL "MAKE UP" IMAGINARY THINGS LIKE "WATER SPOTS" ON THE KITCHEN COUNTER TO KEEP 2/3ds OF YOUR DEPOSIT!!!

Wilsondale is a hot mess! I could NOT wait to move not a moment longer! I've found weed, blunts, condoms, unlimited supply of dog poop, trash and etc within this so-called upscale community. The entry gates of this "gated community" RARELY work and allow anyone to come in. One of my former neighbor's car was keyed while the gate was up and another windsheild wiper was smashed. So much for all that advertising they do. The instant they take your money and you sign the lease they stop "caring". I started to go to the BBB and come to find out they already have a complaint from a tentant in the BBB! Bottom line, dont waste your time or money living here.
