Just don't. Save yourself the misery and find a nice place to live with management that actually cares, and maintenance that actually "maintains". I am not the type of person that leaves reviews, however, there are times that I wish someone would have left one that I could have found. Maintenance is horrible. We placed 9 calls to have our garage door fixed, because it would not lower without raising again, similar to something blocking the sensor. I checked for debris, was not the issue. Maintenance continued to come out, look at it, and leave a note..."removed debris from sensor". Yet, later that night, same thing would happen. Once we finally had enough, and had the issue escalated, a garage door repair man came out, and discovered that it was the control board causing the issue. Once that was replaced, issue resolved. We are now being charged for items that are on our move-in inventory sheet as being issues. However, the copy that the apartment complex has, that they finally sent me so I could compare, has about half the items scratched out, but still legible. I guess these items magically repaired themselves, so someone scratched them out. We are being charged for the carpet being dirty. I own a rainbow vacuum, and have used it religiously for the past year, have left zero stains on the carpet, and I am being told it is dirty. Not sure how that is the case at all. Asked for pictures/examples, but unable to send any, as they state they have no examples. I do not want the deposit back, it is rare that you get one back from an apartment complex anyway, however, I do not believe I should be charged the extra $57 that they are now trying to get out of me, for items that are marked as being wrong on our inventory sheet to begin with. Absolutely absurd. They market themselves as a "non-smoking property", however, people smoke everywhere still. Residents have complained to management that people are smoking by the pool, but management has told them all that there is nothing they can do to enforce it. Glass bottles all around the pool, the pool area, on any given night or weekend, resembles the overflowing dumpster all around the property. Like I stated earlier, I typically don't do this, but if I can save one person from making the mistake of moving to a complex like this, then I have done my good deed. Unless you just like being treated like c@!p, taken advantage of, etc. I could go on and on, but nobody would read it, and I don't like typing that much.

The property is quiet and tucked away hidden among expensive housing developments, with convenient access to 121. The property is only 6 years old and continues to be well taken care of. But one of the best perks of this property is the friendly office staff. They take a personal interest in every one of their residents and even live there on-site themselves. They also offer some unique floorplans, like 4 bedroom apartments that are impossible to find, and attached 1 and 2 car garages. Some of their units even have yards!
