Extreme patience needed:
The salesman is very good, also is the GM, but once sale is made, does not return any calls. Then windows did not arrive for installation, did not receive request for reschedule till 25 minutes before appointment. GM still not returned call 3.5 hrs after that either and he insisted he was all about the customer service experience. We had already cleared all windows for install, trashed the blinds, furniture in the middle of rooms to only have to repeat again with scheduled vacation time being wasted for this.
