HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!! Cut a wire while installing my windows (I understand mistakes happen). However, the problems started after they "fixed" the wires. Shortly after installation I began having odd electrical issues in a different part of the house so I never related it to the window install. I called an electrician out and he opened up the wall where the wires were "fixed". Come to find out all they did was electrical tape my wires back together and shove them in my insulation and put on my dry wall. While screwing back on the dry wall they put a screw through the other wire that was still intact. The electrician explained to me that my wires are no longer considered up to code because it is illegal to do it the way these guys did. Not to mention a MAJOR fire hazard (this was in my 4 year old daughter's room). I have tried to call and talk to the owner who has done nothing but blow me off. He tried to tell me my electrical problems were not from what they did. I told them I wanted them to rectify this situation and he said "Well we are not electricians". Hmmm, why did they attempt to fix it in the first place. He made promises to call and speak with the electrician I hired, never did. He has never called me back to make this right either. I've been dealing with this for almost a year now. At this point it looks like I will be stuck footing the bill for this to be fixed correctly. Avoid this company at all costs, they don't care about their customers at all.
