Windsor Cottage

Very poor customer service. Does not stand behind their products. The item we purchased was a gift, but it did not fit up the stairs to the room it was supposed to be in. The owner would NOT make an exception even though the homeowner (gift recipient) could not accept the item. A call was made to return the item and another would have been purchased, but the owner of Windsdor Cottage would not take it back. She was completely nasty to her customer. Do NOT- EVER- shop at this store if you want even decent customer service.
