i just moved into the Wellington Arms 1 and when i moved in here I was told I could not get a 1 bedroom because I was not 60 or 62 years of age, just 56 now. Then when I was trying to get my husband to move, I made arrangements to have him look at a 1 bedroom. Then I was told that the age limit was drop to 55 and I have ask and also written a request for a 1 bedroom and that has been3 months ago and nothing has been about it. I feel that I'm getting the run a round about this 1 bedroom.
I also think that there is a need for amaintance person to be on duty here and not have to drive 50 miles to come back for some thing like someone droping their keys down the elervater shaft, or the heat goes out, or the lights go out because of the weather.
