Wise County EMS utilizes 4 Mobile Intensive Care Units and 1 Rescue Truck to respond to 911 emergencies. Wise County is approximately 904 square miles with a growing population of over 60,000. Each MICU is staffed by a Texas Department Of State Health Services Paramedic and EMT. Each vehicle has been assigned to a base station and a district.
