Woodard & Ferguson

We engaged David Ferguson of Woodard and Ferguson on several matters and paid approx $10,000 and he never did the work. We had to file with the Florida Bar Case #016-30,655(7A) and as it has been explained they plan to hold him accountable. One of the things Ferguson was supposed to do is put together a trust for my wife and I. My wife had lung cancer that had gone metastatic and he never did the work even though I demanded he do so for over 6 months. We had to engage another firm but by the time we did, the cancer spread to her brain with 14 tumors. She had whole brain radiation and could not longer write her name or speak. During that time I had to take care of her and had NO POWER OF ATTORNEY which made the whole process nearly unbarable. Even though in our contracts it stated that if the work was not completed by a specific date we would get a refund we never received a dime. He promised in person and in writing he would refund money and he did not. He lied to us repeatedly and involved Woodard who by the way is his sister and his brother in law. I will soon have a website dedicated to inform people and show the documents. I need your help in getting my money back. Call them, write them and tell your friends. We are also planning a protest outside their office and possibly their homes. They should be humiliated.
