Sure, we were able to buy our stove. Their installers put it in fast enough. Beware that the installation is a separate fee. It does say this on the receipt in very fine print, but it is not pointed out to you at purchase. The installation line item is grouped with all the things you are purchasing. Not clear.

What I'm most unhappy with, despite bringing a photograph of our shallow fireplace with meticulous & numerous measurements, the stove they told us would fit DOES NOT. We are left with a 2-1/2 inch gap between the insert and the face of the fireplace.

Now, they've told us we need to pay $100 to get a piece built to fill the gap. Really? That's rather lame if you ask me. They made the error (or told us a lie?), but got their sale. We are left with something that is less than aesthetically appealing. When a customer spends a few thousand for a product the company should fix an error such as this.

I doubt we'll use them for yearly maintenance. We're left with a sour taste for this business.
Disappointed.

spent nearly $4000 on a Mount Vernon Pellet stove, used it 2 months and have had nothing but problems. The Woodstove shop has sold us a faulty, potentially dangerous/hazardous stove as it fills our home with smoke often and causes soot damage inside and out. The Shop has fixed some of the defects, but we are still having problems and they will not return our calls. Buyers Beware...
