We concrentrate on the emotional, mental, and physical well being of our students. This is a way of life not an "activity". We accept students aged 4 to 99 years.

We are a traditional martial arts school. We offer Taekwondo, fitness classes, Krav Maga. We are a member of the American Taekwondo Association and our Krav Maga team are affiliated with Alliance Krav Maga. All of our instructors are certified including our fitness instructors.
