Today, October 24, 2014, I had one of the worst experiences when I went to pick up my moped that has been at their shop for almost a month waiting to be repaired. I was given 3 different prices each one higher than the other with no change in the parts nor labor. 1st price was when the owner Scott diagnosed it; 2nd when the work was completed (almost a month later); and 3rd, you guessed it, when I went to pick it up. When I asked Scott, the owner, to explain why the charge was higher that the 2nd one I was given the night before, he came unglued. He basically faulted me for wanting an explaination. He accused me of being petty and said he didn' have time for this. My husband and I were at a loss of words for a moment and it got worse from there. The experience was horrible! To cut to the end, I gave him my check card to pay, he asked if it would be credit or debit. When I told him credit, he slams both hands on the desk and accuses us of not having the money to pay him because I wanted him to run my charge as a credit. That was way too much for me. I had him run it as a debit and got the hell out of there never to return. If you choose to do business with this company, good luck and don't forget to say you'll pay by debit.
