A little more on the sophisticated side than its Chinese counterparts, Xing, which is actually pronounced as Shing, has a lot to offer its patrons. In February, 2005, a star was born in Hell s Kitchen, as Xing (pronounced  shing ) introduced the growing West Side neighborhood to upscale Chinese cuisine. One year later, Xing is undergoing a renovation, expanding its menu to encompass more pan-Asian cooking with a new chef and redesigned kitchen.
