Description

A little more on the sophisticated side than its Chinese counterparts, Xing, which is actually pronounced as Shing, has a lot to offer its patrons. The mojito's shrimps and scallops are what keep the crowds returning. Start with the crab rangoon and graduate to Black Truffle Cod. A lot of attention is given to presentation and don't be surprised to see little Buddhas for drink containers.

In February, 2005, a star was born in Hell s Kitchen, as Xing (pronounced  shing ) introduced the growing West Side neighborhood to upscale Chinese cuisine. One year later, Xing is undergoing a renovation, expanding its menu to encompass more pan-Asian cooking with a new chef and redesigned kitchen.
