This circa-1790 Colonial inn serves up Yankee favorites like pot roast and cheddar-and-ale onion soup along with plenty of local New England charm. A favorite of regulars and visitors alike, the tavern serves excellent food in a casual, colorful setting with fireplaces. The cozy tap room is a nice spot to stop for a drink and a taste of Vermont.
